The Registrar’s office is “the academic heartbeat’’ of the college. The function of the registrar’s office is comprehensive and guidance oriented. Some of the major functions are: Registration of students for JSSCE and SSCE (WAEC and NECO). Computation of student continuous assessment (CASS) of JSSCE and SSCE for WAEC and NECO Co-ordination of all external examinations and transfer exams. Analysis of students’ academic records. Both for form orders and promotions. Preparing students’ testimonial certificates transfer certificate and academic transcripts. Serve, as a link between the college and external examination bodies on certificates awarding matters.
